3rd Week

Its been a really fast holiday and now its already the tuesday of the 3rd week... sigh.. Then again.. i really enjoyed my hols. Had a Frisbee competition, Class reunion, sad astro quiz and i'll be off to some ulu chalet in changi after this. Still feel rather demoralised by the quiz...did the worse for the MCQ section... really felt that i let the team down. Sch work isn't very good too.. been failing math tests and not keeping up with assignments.... I hate to imagine how prelims will turn out to be if i keep up at this... oh well...
Went to Seoul Garden ytd with Dave and received the comment that i can't fry meat. -_-" Well.. it wasn't my fault that hot oil splatters when you accidentally spill soup on it! those ppl who invented that horrible steamboat/grill stove really need a lesson in cooking. I realised that most restaurant have lots of "hidden" prices too.. they always tend to put something like $99+++ and you end up paying up to 116% of what you see because of 10% service charge, 5% GST, 1% CESS. You'e paying like.. 4/15 times more than what you see. Really makes dining out a lousy experience...
Biomed today was rather uneventful too... Jai spoke in a monotone of complex biomedical terms none of us could understand. -_-" yah....the future looks bleak for this quiz too but well...no harm giving it a shot......
